- Payment: processed entirely by Stripe; no card data handled by us
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
- Language preference cookie (wdd_lang, 1 year)
3. Legal Basis and Purpose
We process data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest), fulfil service contracts and comply with Italian and EU legal obligations. We comply with GDPR and Italian D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018.
4. Retention
Enquiries: 12 months. Project data: 5 years post-project. Billing records: 10 years (Italian fiscal law).
